Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 open sales roles across multiple regions
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including candidate sourcing and assessment
- Build and maintain relationships to create a strong candidate pipeline for sales positions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition, focusing on sales roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience recruiting across EMEA regions is preferred
- Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems in a high-volume recruiting environment
