Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Administrator to support and enhance the Workday environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and support Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user requests, managing the ticket lifecycle
- Manage and deploy system updates, patches, and enhancements in accordance with governance and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of system tickets independently in an enterprise environment
- Workday certifications in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking preferred
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits module preferred
- Familiarity with HR operations and business process design preferred
