Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of leadership development strategies, including the Leadership Accelerator program
- Drive talent, performance, and succession planning processes in an AI-enabled environment
- Partner with executives to develop leadership capabilities and implement performance management systems
Required Qualifications
- Typically has 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs with measurable business impact
- Experience modernizing talent processes through technology and AI integration
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Coaching and assessment accreditations
