Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter (3 Month Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent for various teams including GTM, Engineering, Product, Accounting, and Finance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to implement hiring strategies and manage the offer process
- Develop and maintain a continuous talent pipeline and manage the Greenhouse ATS
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house full life cycle GTM recruiting experience, preferably in software/cloud companies
- Proven success in filling a broad range of positions in a timely manner
- Experience with creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from competitors
- Prior experience working with Greenhouse ATS is desired
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
