Recruiter (Contract Position)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (3 Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire top talent for various teams including GTM, Engineering, Product, Accounting, and Finance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to implement hiring strategies and manage the offer process
• Develop and maintain a continuous talent pipeline and manage the Greenhouse ATS

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house full life cycle GTM recruiting experience, preferably in software/cloud companies
• Proven success in filling a broad range of positions in a timely manner
• Experience with creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from competitors
• Prior experience working with Greenhouse ATS is desired
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
