Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Benefits Coordinator to facilitate and manage service fulfillment within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusting relationships with health plan members and customers to assist with benefit/service understanding and coordination
- Monitor referral activity to ensure timely assignment and service fulfillment through the provider network
- Resolve referral escalations and customer service tickets by engaging with providers and customers to facilitate solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or program coordination role
- Experience in Public/Community Health or a related field preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Comfort with navigating multiple technology platforms and learning new systems
