Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Benefits Coordinator to facilitate and manage service fulfillment within an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusting relationships with health plan members and customers to assist with benefit/service understanding and coordination
  • Monitor referral activity to ensure timely assignment and service fulfillment through the provider network
  • Resolve referral escalations and customer service tickets by engaging with providers and customers to facilitate solutions


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or program coordination role
  • Experience in Public/Community Health or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Comfort with navigating multiple technology platforms and learning new systems
