Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience; Bachelor's/MBA/Master's preferred but not required
• Ability to consult and operate at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues
• Affinity for data and its application in HR decision-making
• Good understanding of HR technology solutions
