A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth experience and processing necessary documentation
- Provide consultation on HR inquiries and administrative support, maintaining accurate employment information
- Assist in the development and improvement of HR workflows and processes, recommending operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of three years of office experience, with human resources experience preferred
- Previous experience with background processing systems and Workday software is strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is preferred
