  • Proven experience with compensation cycles and performance review processes
  • Strong grasp of U.S. employment basics, including payroll and compliance
  • Experience in change management and scaling PeopleOps in a startup environment
  • Fluency or high curiosity in AI tools that can enhance People workflows
