Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to PeopleOps partner for employee needs, including benefits and lifecycle questions
- Manage and optimize core People programs such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
- Champion process automation and AI-driven solutions for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in PeopleOps, HR, or startup operations roles
- Proven experience with compensation cycles and performance review processes
- Strong grasp of U.S. employment basics, including payroll and compliance
- Experience in change management and scaling PeopleOps in a startup environment
- Fluency or high curiosity in AI tools that can enhance People workflows
