Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and support corporate hiring needs
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of technical talent acquisition and/or sourcing experience
- 1-2 years of experience in behavioral interviewing
- High level understanding of technical talent markets and knowledge of IT, QA, and data roles
- Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives
