A company is looking for a Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Technology Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and support corporate hiring needs
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Develop sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of technical talent acquisition and/or sourcing experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in behavioral interviewing
  • High level understanding of technical talent markets and knowledge of IT, QA, and data roles
  • Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives
