Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (Tech).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of HRBPs to collaborate with senior executives and establish HR plans to achieve strategic business initiatives
- Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding company policies and practices
- Partner with executives to develop and execute HR strategies that promote growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HRBP related experience
- Experience leading a team of HRBPs
- Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines including org design and talent development
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority and build credibility with senior leaders
- Experience with HCM systems and reporting tools
