A company is looking for a Sales Practitioner in Operations for Talent & HR Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation agendas for Fortune 500 clients and drive T&HR initiatives
- Manage new client engagements from opportunity identification to solution delivery
- Provide thought leadership and support in T&HR functional areas, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent & HR functional areas
- Experience delivering at least two large-scale T&HR Transformation projects
- Strong background in Industry Digital T&HR technologies and tools
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and drive value-led projects
- Experience in managing high-performance teams and delivering large-scale transformations
