Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate corporate Talent Management program design, implementation, and communication
- Lead employee relations cases and investigations, managing high-risk issues as needed
- Support corporate workforce analysis, reporting, and talent management strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; HR certification highly desired
- Minimum five years of progressive human resources or related experience required
- Working knowledge in HR practices such as talent management, performance management, or employee relations
- Ability to work well under pressure with project management experience preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
