Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits
- Develop and communicate benefits information and documentation to employees and management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Risk Management preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and welfare plan design and legislation
- Experience managing large-scale health and wellness plans for 5,000-10,000 employees
- Certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred
