Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits
  • Develop and communicate benefits information and documentation to employees and management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Risk Management preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and welfare plan design and legislation
  • Experience managing large-scale health and wellness plans for 5,000-10,000 employees
  • Certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred
