Key Responsibilities
- Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them through the process
- Process all Leave of Absence paperwork according to established procedures and laws
- Administer the FMLA policy and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or related field experience
- Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
- Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
