Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Data Specialist to manage data entry and maintain data accuracy across HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new hire data entry for employees and contractors across HRIS platforms
  • Triage and process HRIS change requests, ensuring compliance with protocols
  • Audit and maintain employee data in HRIS while updating SOPs as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience with HR data entry
  • Experience with Dayforce is strongly preferred
  • Experience with D365 is a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheet and ServiceNow is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests
