Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Data Specialist to manage data entry and maintain data accuracy across HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new hire data entry for employees and contractors across HRIS platforms
- Triage and process HRIS change requests, ensuring compliance with protocols
- Audit and maintain employee data in HRIS while updating SOPs as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with HR data entry
- Experience with Dayforce is strongly preferred
- Experience with D365 is a plus
- Experience with Smartsheet and ServiceNow is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests
