A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Source and screen candidates, maintaining a pipeline of viable candidates through assigned market
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company as a brand ambassador
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces preferred
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn preferred
- Must reside in the State of Washington
