Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through various methods including cold calling, networking, and job fairs
• Screen candidates and maintain the HR system to ensure it is up to date
• Assist with corporate training, employee development, and updating HR policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record
• Bachelor's Degree
