Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates using various methods including LinkedIn recruiter and job boards
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within adtech
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with ATS platform, Greenhouse
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
