Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to create and execute people initiatives that drive business results and employee development
- Support leaders in organizational design, talent assessment, and operational planning
- Lead the development and execution of talent management programs to enhance employee experience and leadership capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, preferably supporting Product and Engineering teams
- Experience managing employee relations issues on a global scale, with a focus on UK and France preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence people-related decisions
- Proven program implementation skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Strong analytical skills to translate findings into actionable recommendations
