  • Understanding of federal and state compliance requirements (e.g., FMLA, COBRA, ACA)
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and audits
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG or Workday
  • Organized and self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
