Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee benefit programs and respond to employee inquiries
- Coordinate the leave of absence process, ensuring compliance and accurate pay continuation
- Conduct audits and support compliance activities related to benefits and leave regulations
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits and leave administration
- Understanding of federal and state compliance requirements (e.g., FMLA, COBRA, ACA)
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and audits
- Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG or Workday
- Organized and self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
