- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations
- Design and oversee a comprehensive total rewards strategy and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior/executive role
- Proven track record in HR operations, including compliance and talent acquisition
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven agency or similar environment preferred
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
