A company is looking for an HR Central Analyst to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the HR shared services team by answering inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
- Manage one to three HR programs, ensuring high-quality employee experiences through effective customer support
- Document customer interactions and ensure resolution of complex inquiries by engaging with HR Shared Services lead or Manager
Required Qualifications
- Ability to apply fundamental HR principles and company policies to assigned tasks
- Working knowledge of HR principles and practices, preferably in California
- Ability to handle confidential assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with technology and software specific to HR programs
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to build effective working relationships
