Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Central Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the HR shared services team by answering inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
• Manage one to three HR programs, ensuring high-quality employee experiences through effective customer support
• Document customer interactions and ensure resolution of complex inquiries by engaging with HR Shared Services lead or Manager

Required Qualifications

• Ability to apply fundamental HR principles and company policies to assigned tasks
• Working knowledge of HR principles and practices, preferably in California
• Ability to handle confidential assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with technology and software specific to HR programs
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to build effective working relationships
