Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and analysis to ensure competitive pay structures
• Assist in the development and administration of compensation programs and policies
• Analyze job responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR function
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
