Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HRIS to support the maintenance of their Human Resources Information System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the HRIS team, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Assist with testing new features and functionalities in Workday and manage internal and external integrations
- Create and maintain HRIS documentation, reports, and provide training to HR staff and end-users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in an HR technology role, specifically in HRIS/HRIT
- Hands-on experience with Workday
- Basic understanding of HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with data analysis and Microsoft tools and applications
