- Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to on-boarding
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in recruitment
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for sales positions
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
