Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Contingent Workforce PMO to manage contractor work, processes, and compliance
• Oversee program performance and maintain relationships with suppliers and global teams
• Analyze and report on supplier and program performance metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Finance, or similar
• 7+ years of experience in workforce management
• Prior global leadership experience in strategic programs for MSP, Contingent Labor, and VMS
• People leadership experience
• Prior experience with Beeline
