Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the Contingent Workforce PMO to manage contractor work, processes, and compliance
- Oversee program performance and maintain relationships with suppliers and global teams
- Analyze and report on supplier and program performance metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Finance, or similar
- 7+ years of experience in workforce management
- Prior global leadership experience in strategic programs for MSP, Contingent Labor, and VMS
- People leadership experience
- Prior experience with Beeline
