Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, People Strategy & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning processes and lead conversations with stakeholders to develop deliverables
• Continuously improve the People organization by sharing frameworks and best practices
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from inception through deployment, managing scope and milestones

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in human resources with deployment projects using key HR systems
• Experience in analyzing business needs and aligning them to project execution and KPIs
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for driving alignment among stakeholders
• Proficient project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to document and articulate goals, requirements, and risks across teams
