Key Responsibilities
- Support planning processes and lead conversations with stakeholders to develop deliverables
- Continuously improve the People organization by sharing frameworks and best practices
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from inception through deployment, managing scope and milestones
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in human resources with deployment projects using key HR systems
- Experience in analyzing business needs and aligning them to project execution and KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for driving alignment among stakeholders
- Proficient project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to document and articulate goals, requirements, and risks across teams
