Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Team Assistant to support various HR functions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data integrity
  • Support the new hire onboarding experience and coordinate virtual orientation
  • Respond to People-Team tickets and assist with HR projects and payroll-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Confident knowledge of HR systems, with experience in BambooHR, TriNet, Deel, CultureAmp, and Greenhouse preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
  • Experience with Slack and employee Intranet platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
