HRIS Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Business Analyst to support its people strategy and technology utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity within SuccessFactors and manage data audits
• Maintain and design Power BI dashboards based on business needs
• Provide end user support and monitor system performance and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Power BI or similar reporting solutions
• 3-5 years of systems testing experience
• Proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or SQL is preferred
• Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
