Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for all Sales roles
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top-performing talent across global markets
- Design and coordinate customized interview processes that align with high hiring standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 8+ years of proven success in recruitment, with at least part of that experience in-house
- Minimum of 4 years of sales recruiting experience, focusing on high-performing, enterprise-level sales talent
- Experience recruiting from professional services environments with a focus on complex solution selling
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to guide them through the end-to-end recruiting process for sales roles
