Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to strategically attract and hire top-tier sales talent across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for all Sales roles
• Proactively source, identify, and engage top-performing talent across global markets
• Design and coordinate customized interview processes that align with high hiring standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 8+ years of proven success in recruitment, with at least part of that experience in-house
• Minimum of 4 years of sales recruiting experience, focusing on high-performing, enterprise-level sales talent
• Experience recruiting from professional services environments with a focus on complex solution selling
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to guide them through the end-to-end recruiting process for sales roles
