A company is looking for a Payroll & People Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Payroll Operations by processing bi-weekly pay cycles, performing audits, managing tax notices, and ensuring compliance
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate employee data updates and seamless payroll close
- Manage Tier 1 People-support tickets and assist with compliance-related tasks and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing with ownership of core payroll duties
- Experience in People Operations with hands-on management of employee data and inquiries
- Exposure to HR compliance and/or HRBP programs
- Comfortable working with HRIS and payroll systems, with Workday experience preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment
