Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with schools to source and pre-screen candidates based on licensing requirements
- Reviews resumes and manages communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Uncovers talent through various sourcing channels and participates in virtual hiring events
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-site environment
- AA or higher in Early Childhood Education is highly desired
- Previous experience in licensed childcare is preferred
- Full understanding of applicant tracking systems
- Proficient in MS Office applications
