Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administers the 401(k) Retirement Plan and supports other retirement plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Monitors and maintains benefit system file feeds and conducts regular audits for data accuracy
  • Provides support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and assists with various administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum four years of experience administering employee benefit plans or payroll
  • At least two years of experience with HR systems administration-related tasks
  • Familiarity with ERISA, IRS rules regarding 401(k) plans, and related regulations
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
