A company is looking for a VP of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team to ensure necessary people, systems, and processes are in place for scaling
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on culture and capability-building
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing employee relations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably at a public company
- 5+ years in a senior leadership position
- Deep expertise in at least three HR areas such as Executive leadership development, People Ops, or DEIB
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification
- Experience managing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly California labor law
