A company is looking for a Staff Enablement Program Manager - Onboarding & Manager Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and scale onboarding and manager development programs for Sales and Field Engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align enablement initiatives with business goals
- Measure program effectiveness and iterate based on data-driven insights and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or L&D in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Experience with enablement technologies and sales/field tech stacks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, distributed team
