A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to provide global support for the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR operations subject matter expert across the employee lifecycle
- Support the transition of HR operations activities into the central HR Shared Services group
- Process system transactions, document workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Proven HR experience as an HR operations analyst or generalist in a large global business
- Strong understanding of labor law principles and regulations on pay, benefits, and safety
- Proficiency in using HRIS and related systems, with Workday preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- M&A experience or relevant work is a plus
