A company is looking for an HR Business Partner - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit
- Consults with business unit management on strategic planning and development of HR strategies
- Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a tech or engineering firm
- Experience supporting a minimum of 300 FTEs
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Ability to analyze HRIS data to influence outcomes
