Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience in organizational transformation with a focus on culture and change is preferred
- Strong project management skills with experience in running complex projects
- Ability to create compelling presentations and executive-level decks
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and trend identification
