Key Responsibilities
- Process HR transactions related to hiring, onboarding, and terminations while ensuring data accuracy across HRIS systems
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS systems to maintain data accuracy and flag potential issues
- Provide administrative support across Talent & Development teams, including learning and talent administration
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in administrative or HR roles, preferably in a growing or startup organization
- High attention to detail in data management and documentation practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands for time
