A company is looking for an RPO Recruiter to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting top IT talent through various channels
• Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
