Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative aspects of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding seasonal staff
- Provide administrative assistance including coordinating permits, licenses, and agreements
- Assist with general administrative tasks, event planning, marketing support, and supply procurement
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent with one year of administrative support experience
- One year of college-level study in accounting, business, public administration, or related field
- One year of experience as an Administrative Services Technician III with the State
- Experience with the VISION system may be required for some positions
