- High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of professional experience
- Ability to navigate a large, complex organization to achieve results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed
