Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Benefit Administration Builder to manage the setup and maintenance of group benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and configure benefit plan designs in the benefits administration system according to client specifications
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather necessary data and ensure accurate system configuration
  • Perform system testing and audits to validate the accuracy of benefit plans and troubleshoot configuration issues
Required Qualifications
  • Six plus months of experience in benefits administration or HRIS configuration
  • Experience with benefits administration systems, preferably bswift or enavigator
  • Strong knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
  • Ability to read and interpret benefits plan documents and contracts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
