A company is looking for a Group Benefit Administration Builder to manage the setup and maintenance of group benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure benefit plan designs in the benefits administration system according to client specifications
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather necessary data and ensure accurate system configuration
- Perform system testing and audits to validate the accuracy of benefit plans and troubleshoot configuration issues
Required Qualifications
- Six plus months of experience in benefits administration or HRIS configuration
- Experience with benefits administration systems, preferably bswift or enavigator
- Strong knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
- Ability to read and interpret benefits plan documents and contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
