Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource (HR) Specialist, Employee Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees on HR matters, providing exceptional customer service
- Facilitate resolution of employee and manager inquiries and provide subject matter expertise on benefits and leave
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other service delivery areas on process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in the Eastern time zone
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with lower education levels
- Experience resolving complex issues and interpreting internal policies and procedures
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Commitment to outstanding customer service for both internal and external clients
