Key Responsibilities

• Review and revise the current grading structure for HQ staff
• Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect required work
• Create revised salary ranges for each role type within each grade

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate degree in a related field preferred, with strong operational experience in employee compensation and benefits
• Deep understanding of Human Resources in the US NGO sector and global organizations
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks and methodologies
• Confidence in analyzing market data
• Exceptional analytical skills and organizational abilities
