Key Responsibilities
- Review and revise the current grading structure for HQ staff
- Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect required work
- Create revised salary ranges for each role type within each grade
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate degree in a related field preferred, with strong operational experience in employee compensation and benefits
- Deep understanding of Human Resources in the US NGO sector and global organizations
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks and methodologies
- Confidence in analyzing market data
