Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance recruitment processes and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance full lifecycle recruitment processes to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Define sourcing strategies and activate channels to attract top talent
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications and ensure alignment with position requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; additional HR function experience is a plus
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience leading process improvement projects with multiple partners
- Experience with third-party vendor agencies
