Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS projects, including data collection, system design, and implementation
- Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits and monitoring of workforce data quality
- Manage system configuration changes and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in HRIS administration, system implementation, or HCM analytics
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HR technology platforms such as UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
- Preferred experience with system security, compliance reporting, and HR technology governance
