Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Total Rewards Partner to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor on compensation and total rewards, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive programs, informed by market data
  • Lead the design and review of equity programs, including 409A valuations, and prepare materials for board-level approvals
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in total rewards across India and the US
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and managing compensation programs, including equity plans
  • Strong understanding of job leveling, pay structures, and market benchmarking methodologies
  • Experience working with tech or PE-backed organizations is highly desirable
  • HRIS proficiency and ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making
