Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish / English preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate assessment activities with Recruiters and relevant parties
- Provide candidate coordination services and manage monthly job postings
- Assist with onboarding processes, including pre-employment requirements and producing reports related to recruiting activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a related role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes
- Bilingual English / Spanish skills preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
