Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations across multiple business groups to assist in resolving issues and grievances
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations and maintain detailed documentation in the employee case management system
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and other significant organizational issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations or a similar role
- Experience researching complex human resources-related issues
- Ability to manage conflict and collaborate effectively with others
- Action-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
