Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II who will serve as a key partner in resolving workplace conflicts and navigating employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations across multiple business groups to assist in resolving issues and grievances
  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations and maintain detailed documentation in the employee case management system
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and other significant organizational issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee relations or a similar role
  • Experience researching complex human resources-related issues
  • Ability to manage conflict and collaborate effectively with others
  • Action-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
